1. How do I apply?

2. What are the prerequisites before I apply?

There's only three things that you really need to be mindful of when it comes to anything before you apply:

I. Contact + Age

You have to be at least 18 or older to even apply, mainly because I don't want to deal with nor do I have the funds to legally dispute any legalities involving KOPPA or having to outwardly disclaim that minors are in my content. Plus, I make original graphic content that has a rating of "Dead Dove: Do Not Eat", and it's my responsibility to stay professional and appropriate around minors that do stumble on my content while redirecting them away.

Second order of business, I don't want to have to track you down if you're MIA. For the sake of keeping contact in case there's something you want to change of remove from your page, just join my Discord server so it's easier on both of us. Plus, that way you can just directly have your content promoted there automatically whenever you upload or you go live.

By the way: anyone who applies lies about their age on their application will be blocked and banned from my personal community -- as with all minors that come across my content.

II. Content

Listen, I get it. We're human, we all have to get gooey from time to time. It's biological and literally engrained into our primitive behaviors thanks to evolution and self-preservation as a species, it happens. But that doesn't mean that I'm going to promote blatantly obscene content on this site. That includes:

i. Pornography

No matter what kind it is: softcore, hardcore, IRL, 2D or 3D imagery (either human-made or AI generated content). No. Not gonna happen.

ii. AI Generated Content

It's not allowed, regardless of if it's just whipping up an overlay for Twitch or it's a deepfake stealing the likeness of someone and making non-consenual content or depicting events that are fictional (looking at you, Bigfoot Vlogger trend).

iii. Obscene / Graphic Content

Explicit content with the sole intention of being hidden as a harmless file. Think rickrolling but worse, this includes files, images, or hyperlinks redirecting to:

- Content meant to shock, disturb, disgust, or traumatize the user.

- IRL graphic violence, depictions of self-harm, or grotesque acts involving bodily fluids.

iv. Harmful Content

Explicit content that uses illegal or harmful content or ideals designated to incite panic and violence amongst viewers.This includes:

- Promoting paraphilic disorders (ie. pedophilia, zoophilia, sexual assault.)

- Promoting and using hate speech (ie. throwing around slurs left and right)

- Substance abuse and promoting bodily harm (ie. unironically telling someone to kill themselves or encouraging them to drug someone without their knowledge or consent.)

...So basically follow TOS.

III. Following

I don't care about Twitch affiliate status or whether or not you're verified, that's not what the creation of this site is for. All that matters is that you're honest, semi-consistent and you're working hard to build up your own community. No one is going to do it for you, you're not going to be a freeloader and expect other creators and/or Sprouts to give up their time or skills for you.

3. How long will it take for my application to be accepted?

Well, it depends on my schedule. I'm the only one going through all of the applications right now, but maybe I can make some content out of it once a month if we get big enough. Later on, I would like input from other Sprouts if they've got the time and energy to share their opinions, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

But just a general rule of thumb: if I DM you about it, odds are that you're on your way to getting in if you've got all of the prerequisites and following the criteria in Question 2.
